London based permanent position – 3 days per week on site in the London office

Salary: £80,000 to £90,000 Base + excellent benefits and bonus structure

My client, a highly reputable, global Fintech business specialising in the provision of cloud-based SaaS solutions into buy-side, sell-side and investment research organisations, is looking to hire an accomplished, client-facing Senior Implementation Consultant on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will project manage (hands-on) end to end software implementations from pre-sales to final delivery, working closely with a range of reputable Financial Services institutions.

You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders at senior level to ensure best in class SaaS software implementation, delivering a full suite of products and services.

You will work closely with Product and Technology teams on feature design, testing and sprint planning and provide continuous support and enhancements to clients using the firm’s SaaS software, in addition to working with Sales teams to ensure product optimisation.

Desired Skills:

·       Strong recent experience in client-facing software implementation delivery and project management, gained at senior level

·       Familiarity with the Financial Services/Fintech industry sector, ideally gained within Asset/Investment Management, Sell-Side, Investment Research or similar

·       Strong appreciation of cloud-based SaaS software

·       Exceptional internal and external client stakeholder management skills, gained across Technology, Product, Sales and business stakeholders

·       Proven end-to-end software implementation skills, from initial pre-sales all the way through to final delivery

·       Strong overall Project Management and Project Governance skills

·       Strong Technology and Product focussed mindset

·       Proven ability to deliver in a constantly changing, dynamic and fluid Fintech environment, wearing multiple hats where necessary
